About the client

Revive is a non-profit organisation dedicated to ‘Reducing Explosive Violence, Increasing Victim Empowerment’, formed by a cross-party parliamentary group to help victims of landmines and their families.

The brief

Flashbang was approached by Revive’s founder and executive director, Nigel Ellway, to design and build a website to serve as a platform for the organisation’s latest news, images, information and downloadable content. We spruced up the logo, and using their existing ideas for branding, built on it to create this website.

We created a website for the charity, with the design following a bold, stark vision, as its goal is to make people aware of the landmine problem that still affects people now. The tone of voice was to be strong, clear and energetic, to show that it is the authority on helping victims of landmines and to get the feel across that it was a serious and dangerous issue.
